Wesley Muyldermans is a Belgian freelance writer and author with a lifelong passion for football — and for the English game in particular.
Over the years, he has published several books, including books on football, and has worked as a freelance writer and journalist for a number of football websites. For Wesley, football is about much more than results, transfers and league tables. He is particularly fascinated by the stories behind the players, clubs, matches and supporters.
His love of English football is now at the heart of this website, where he shares stories, historical curiosities and discoveries from his research into the many connections between Belgian and English football.
Wesley is currently working on a new book about Belgian footballers who crossed the Channel to play in England — from the early pioneers to the Belgian stars who left their mark on the Premier League.
